Refund and Return Policy
Buyers may only request a refund and/or return of the item in the following circumstances:
- The item has not been received by the buyer;
- The item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;
- The buyer received an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong size, colour, etc.).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all items such as styrofoam, remote control, warranty card, etc.
The buyer has to check the condition of the item, and the buyer has to request for “return for refund” on the system within 3 days after receiving it if the item was damaged on delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty Policy
- Limited Warranty
Standard warranty period is 1 year starting from the order date. Our warranty covers the original factory defects. If the item shows original factory defects (e.g., lines, dots, etc.) within the warranty period, the buyer can ship the item back to us for repair. We will charge a certain amount of repair fees if the item is misused or damaged by an external factor (e.g., lightning strike, external force impact, etc.). For warranty claims, the buyer has to make sure the item was in original packaging and covered by insurance upon delivery. The buyer has to file a claim with the courier company if the item was damaged upon delivery.
2. How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you believe your Samview product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service department at support@samview.com.my. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for evaluation. You will be responsible for shipping the product to us, and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.
3. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in your Samview product. We do not assume any liability for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, or any cost of substitute equipment.
4. Disclaimers
We make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
5. Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
General Condition
The approval of your request for refunds, returns and warranty claims will be made by Samview at its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Samview’s decision is final, conclusive, and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring a suit or otherwise assert any claim against Samview or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by notice, which may be in the form of a notice posted on our FB page {SamView Store}.
